What I believe that murder is murder. To say anything else is just wrong. Why? Is understandably important to know, but their should be a penalty for everyone. Too many complications come with letting murderers go. We all heard what happened w/ Zimmerman
In the case of ohio you have the right to use force without retreating on someone who wishes to cause you harm as stated in a previous post. If i was in a situation where someone was on my property ready to do me harm i would not hesitate to put 2 rounds in their chest.This is only because i want to defend myself. that person should come knowing that i will defend myself. Though if i feel a way to get around shooting someone i will. Though i will not hesitate to protect my life liberty and pursuit of happiness.
